So how does SkyNet work?
The coaching process has three levels that cover everything from the multi-month macrocycle to daily adjustments. Here's how:
The process begins with an initial questionnaire. The system then creates a macrocycle plan based on your past rate of progress, frequency/volume level, and coordinates the plan with your next meet or creates a test.
The system then gives real-time updates as you run the program based on daily fatigue, illness, or injuries by adjusting sets, reps, intensity, or exercises performed.
You send in your logs every 4 weeks (when you near the end of a cycle) and the system overviews the microcycle to see what adjustments need to be made to the ongoing macrocycle plan.
We all know that cookie-cutter programs will not yield the best result in training but many people are unable to pay a coach hundreds of dollars a month to monitor and create their programming.
